I am going into my senior year and I at least want to look good for one year in high school. I am a male dancer. I am anorexic (or manorexic, whatever you want to call it) and bulimic. If you don’t like it don’t go on my blog. I will be posting everyday. I will put how much I ate, thinspo, how my day was, motivational quotes, and more.

&lt;p&gt;I have 400 cals for today I still have had none of them. I plan to only eat a small dinner. hopefully i can get away with just eating a salad. I also felt like yesterday i did not drink in of water so i am going to drink a big glass of water every hour.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have only had 170 or my 300 cals for the day. I was forced to eat lunch with the family so i could not get out of it. I had a flat whole wheat beagle (110) and 3 egg whites (50). That leaves my with 130 cals for dinner.&lt;/p&gt;

So heres to being binge free for twenty one days. Dont start bingeing on day 22 or any day after this is to help break the addiction of binge eating. Every day post  what day you are on and how you are feeling and reasons why you are happy to be binge free ect. If you mess up start over again. Lets try to keep this going and get as many people who binge eat on the 21 day challenge as we can. You can start on any date (preferabally the day you read this or tomorrow if you already binged today.)
